This man looks really angry. That's how I have felt as of late.
Pregnancy hormones+Brooke+100 degree weather+ 16 hour long drives + someone irritating=Beholding of the Beast.
Dave and I went to Texas this past week. It was great to see his family and just relax. It is a safe haven, his parents home. So that was wonderful.
But every so often, when I got really hot, and the dog was too close to me, I became a beast. Just annoyed I should say.
And heaven help anyone that should wrong me in any way.
But I'm learning to tame the wild animal within and go for the softer side of life.
I'm thankful for a husband who is so good to calm my nerves....even when they get rattled.
I'm already a feisty person without being pregnant. So I'm learning to take deep breaths and realize that life will go on, even if a person or dog or hot weather wronged me in some way. Life does go on, and life is good.
More to come on this lovely trip and its adventures:)
